Like our matriarch, this classic Syrah is bold and spicy! Meaty flavors of Dark Cherry, Truffles and Black Licorice. Our reserve is aged for 2 years. This mature Syrah is full-bodied, confidently complicated, dry and a bit mysterious. It has been said by the judges, we make a killer Syrah, the way a good Syrah should be made. Toasting successful Truffle hunting and pairing with dark chocolate and an elegant cheese it will stand alone, or will pair with meats and… dare we say… even a well selected well-seasoned fish. Breaking from red/white traditions, this is a versatile favorite of our family whatever the menu.
