An old world varietal associated with South France and parts of Spain. Our version is medium bodied but earthy with characteristic hints of leather and spice. This reserve is aged for over 2 years in our cellar. A relatively unknown varietal in North America, it is a proven staple in other countries, especially South France. Ours is a particularly well known and sought after clone, true to its description.
